Is the video signal inputted to the following

pins of IC1104 (AV_SW)?

<S signal> Pin (11): SY-SUB, Pin (16): SC-

SUB

Is the video signal outputted to the following

pins of IC1104 (AV_SW)?

<Composite video signal> Pin (6)

<S signal> Pin (5): SY-SUB, Pin (3): SC-SUB

Check the monitor output terminals and their

peripheral circuits. (Q1113-5, Q1203-4,Q1148)

Check the digital unit.

Check the line from P1105 to IC1104.

Check the control signals inputted to pins (2),

(7) and (12) of IC1104.

Picture signal of digital broadcasting is not sent to the monitor/record output terminal.

Are CVBS, S(Y) and S(C) signals sent from

pins 7, 5 and 3 of P8901 respectively?

Check cable connections between

P8901 and P1105. Go to TROUBLE

SHOOTING TABLE for the AV PWB.

Are CVBS and S(C) signals sent to pins 6

and 2 of IC8902 respectively?

Is pin 3 of IC8902 in the “L” state?

Check peripheral circuits of

Q8901 and IC8101.

Check peripheral circuits of

IC8902 and IC9602 (A5V voltage).

Check IC8101, IC8301-IC8302

and peripheral circuits.
