The Light Production class of products is led by Xerox with 26.2% share. They have long been a strong player in the

Production market for both B&W and Colour products; however, severe pressure from other manufacturers in recent

times has severely impacted their overall position in the market.

Ricoh comes in 2

with 22.8% market share followed by Canon on 20.2% and then Konica Minolta on 14.3%

market share. Oce is 5

with 13.4% and Sharp are 6

with 1.8% share. This is driven by sales of the MX-M950

and MX-M1100 and Sharp hopes to significantly increase this share with the launch of the MX-M1054 and

MX-M1204 into the same segment.
