Has been recently renovated to a high standard with European Beech glass and stainless steel
finishes with grey porcelanosa tiles finish.
The dishwasher is a compact Smeg with two racks and including cutlery container.
The oven is a Chef with operating and cleaning instructions. It requires regular cleaning as per
manual and replacement of the light bulbs as necessary. The oven has two wire side racks and
four horizontal wire side racks and four horizontal wire shelves. There is also a
baking dish and four scone trays or baking sheets. The grill has one dish with grid, which
slides on the wire support and side racks (4 piece).
The range hood is a Westinghouse and has two halogen lights that may need periodic
replacement. The air filter also requires cleaning as per instruction manual.
The apartment manual (with appliance instructions, cleaning instructions, barbecue cookbook
And operating manual and contact numbers) is located in the bottom drawer in the kitchen.
There is a laminate covered breakfast bar leading into the living room. The breakfast bar will
not take any heavy weight of anyone leaning on it.
