Number of knife feeds

This parameter determines the number of feed cycles.

“Grinding cycle 1”...”Grinding cycle 10”

The number of grinding cyles is shown in ascending order for each knife processing. The grin-

ding cycles are only valid when the corresponding number of feeds is entered.

“1st posit. time”

Feed time for first feed

“Grind. pos. time”

Feed time for the 2nd to 10th feeds

“Cor. v. ret. gr.”

Correction return grinding.

The feed time of the grinding cycles is added up and forms the basis for the return time. To

compensate for inaccuracies, a correction value is entered for the return time for a segment

change. This correction value is added to the total preparation time.
