Note: 1. Turn off printer and pull out the power cord before cleaning.

2. Being used under dust circumstance, the carriage shaft may stack much dust and affect

the print quality.

3. If you have just finished using the printer, let the print head cool for a few minutes before

you touch it.

4. Please use a soft cloth for cleaning, do not use combustible solvent.

Paper jammed while

printing

Stop printing and take the jammed paper out. Then

restart to print.

The carriage has no

action while printing

Stop printing, check if the ribbon is blocked or the ribbon

cartridge has been inserted properly.

The noise is too loud

while printing

Stop printing, check if every part is in proper position or

the running clasp has any error.

Bugs in the print

character

Check whether the ribbon has been inserted properly,

then print out the current settings.

Check if the print head pins have been broken.

Nothing prints out

while printing

Check if the ribbon is jammed or the paper select lever

in the right position

Paper do not feed or

feed unsmoothly

Check if the gap adjust lever is in right position, or else

Carriage runs

Stop printing and check, if there is strange things, takes

them out; if there is a layer of dust on the carriage shaft,
